Our sessions

An initial consultation is free and lasts up to 20 minutes. Here, we can get to know each other, explore what you want to focus on during therapy. It’s very much at your pace, so you can share what you feel comfortable with. If we both feel a connection to work together, we can then make a plan moving forward.

Individual Sessions

Sessions are either 50 or 90 minutes long. I mostly work with individuals online via a secure video platform.

Couple Sessions

An opportunity to work with me in a safe space to explore, realign, work on tensions, develop understanding and awareness of and for each other – and importantly exploring how your future hopes can be realised.

Coaching Sessions

Each session is for 1 hour. These can be 1-1 or with a team, exploring goals, team building, innovation and belonging.

Rates

My session rates are from £75, dependent upon your circumstances. Low cost options may be available based on availability.
